The room was spacious, breakfast was not bad and swimming pool was nice.
I don't recommend that hotel to any one at least for this season. The hotel is still under soft opening and the staff are really inexperienced. It's far from the city and no Taxis are available in that area, you will need to walk for at least 30 minutes to reach the gate then you will get stuck on a deserted road. You will definitely need a car to live in this hotel. Almost all the services are not operational yet (the bar, tourist guide, concierge). The rate for the hotel is 3 starts maximum. No private beach is available.

Booked a room with lovely views of the marina. Great and unbeatable location short walk to the salalah and attractions, white sandy beaches to pools and the Juweira and the Fanar hotels, I felt safe.

Our room here had a cozy seating area, a convenient writing table, and ironing facilities - super handy! the walk-in shower was a highlight, top-notch for sure. 👌 Overall, everything was excellent and met our expectations.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. (Marina suite)
Its a new hotel and they lacked staff. When we ordered things to the room or in the restaurant, it took a while to get there.

Pretty good place if you want to spend time away from hustle bustle of the city....its quiet and relaxing.
The hotel is still under construction and in developing stage and not many activities could be done in the hotel itself. Many of the facilities are not yet open like spa.

The staff are amazing friendly and extremely friendly, providing excellent service. Great food options. Beautiful and incredible position in the beach area. Near coffee shops, swimming pool, restaurant.
Fairly clean accommodation. . the lobby and corridors could use some improvement.

1.Toilet-WC -No Drainage provided near wc. This is not Europe. In mUslim country the drain near wc is must. 2.Water is not pure, we feel something difference(Oily)
